Full Job Description

  • Work alongside our Head Chefs

  • You'll have high standards and help the team run a super organised professional kitchen.

  • You'll be passionate about what you do and transfer that enthusiasm to your customers and your team.

  • Ensure our customers have the best experience.

    Have at least 2 years' experience as a Senior Sous Chef or higher

  • Be used to working with freshly prepared food in a very busy and pressured environment

  • This includes stock management, pricing, scheduling and leading a team.

  • Communicate clearly, effectively and honestly.

  • Be organised, be solution minded, think ahead and be on top of your game.

  • Follow the values of our business and promote them in your role.

  • Have fun at work and make time to ensure those around you do too. It's important!, Sous Chef: 2 years (required)
