Full Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the REFY Business Manager

  • Replenishing stock on our counter throughout the day

  • Receiving and checking of deliveries

  • Stock checks, RGAs and audits carried out as required

  • Keep all working area clean and tidy

  • Ensure Business Manager is kept informed of any issues as and when they arise.

  • Working to ensure stock information is accurate on the system

  • Maintain the company's health & safety standards at all times

  • Be dependable, self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Ability to follow instructions with high level attention to detail

  • Enjoy working within a team as well as being able to manage individual tasks

  • Experience and knowledge of the Beauty Industry and the Luxury Retail environment.

    An exciting role has come up for a Retail Stock Coordinator for the hugely popular REFY BEAUTY brand based in Selfridges, London!


    • This role is full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days located in Selfridges, Oxford St, London.
