Full Job Description

In this role youll be responsible for providing administrative support to our quality management teams. Youll be in charge of making sure we keep a record of actions that our teams have taken after the investigation of incidents, complaints. Youll also help prepare documents when we need to make submissions to our regulators or respond information requests.

You have a common-sense approach to work, youre a good learner, you pick things up and keep developing yourself.

If you are organised, like planning things and being ready well in advance those skills will come in handy. You use your initiative, youre proactive in your approach to work. You dont react to events, youre proactive in making sure they dont happen.

You have fantastic administration skills and are good at keeping records. You have great attention to detail; you may even describe yourself at meticulous.

Youre a confident communicator, youre comfortable to ask people at all levels for things you need, even chase them if theyre not coming back to you. Youre just as happy to speak to people face to face as you are over the phone or email.

This is a full-time role based our Cardiff clinic (Rhodfa Marics, Ely Meadows CF72 8XL), however there will be a need to work from our Plymouth clinic for a few days each month (10 William Prance Road, Plymouth PL6 5WR).
