Professor of Social Work

This is a Permanent role, working full-time (35 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in social work, while having the freedom to prioritise your research. Research in the School is currently supported by a wide range of funders including UK Research and Innovation, National Institute for Health and Care Research, Health and Care Research Wales, and Wellcome. We work closely with health and social care organisations, policy makers, charities and the public across Wales to ensure that our research is relevant and impactful.

You will also undertake postgraduate research supervision including MSc level research while also attracting and supporting research PhD students in your field. In addition, there will be opportunity to contribute to the teaching and support of other health and social care students on professional programmes across the Faculty.
