Porter

We are looking for a Porter to work within a high end law firm based in EC4R 3TT with an Immediate start role to last until end of July with potential to extend,

• Organise room setups and manage provision of equipment and other items required in each room.


• Assist with workstation churning as and when needed.


• Maintain high standards of services.


• Manage and monitor all set-ups related bookings on Condeco software (training will be provided).


• Support the Facilities team with post/courier collections and deliveries from Loading Bay, and other tasks that may be required.
  
  + Physically fit to handle diverse physical tasks on a daily basis.

+ Trained in Manual Handling. Fire Marshal and First Aid trained is an advantage, but not strictly required.
+ Ability to respond to multiple requests and work under pressure to fulfil requirements.
+ Excellent customer services.
