Part Time Kitchen Assistant / Porter

We are looking for a part time Kitchen Porter who will also assist in daily tasks, in our very busy kitchen. This position is predominantly evenings and weekends but hours will be shared between several people.

Primarily, the role includes the running and management of the wash up areas but will also include assisting the chefs in food preparation and hygiene maintenance of the kitchen.

No experience is required and training for further development of skills can be provided, including food preparation and basic cookery skills.

This position is based on minimum wage plus tips.

There are great transport links to The Angel, with the No 1 bus between Newbury and Reading stopping in both directions right outside the pub and the train station, Midgham just a 2 minute walk away.
