Full Job Description

  • Assist with the day to day running of the Operations Control Centre, working alongside Crewing, Flight Operations and Ground Operations, to provide support for the 24/7 operation.

  • Responsible for managing and booking all crew travel and hotel bookings during evenings, weekends or as required.

  • Responsible for managing all crew catering changes during evenings and weekends.

  • Assist and support the Crewing, Flight Operations and Ground Operations departments with any administrative tasks.

  • The Person:
  • A hands-on individual experience of working in a faced-paced operational environment.

  • Flexible and confident with a positive approach to change and innovation.

  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role (advantageous).

  • To hold five GCSE's A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

  • Experience of the Airline/Aviation industry or a keen interest in this would be highly regarded.
