Mini Bus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced mini Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations on time. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and benefits. We have 2 homes, one in Bournemouth and one in New Milton. Milage will be paid to travel to collect mini bus., Operate mini bus to transport residents with care staff on day trips one trip at each home a week, possibly more.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules

- Follow established routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate delays or changes
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption

Valid driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours, be able to travel to collect van which may be at either home, for which you will be paid milage
- Must be able to pass a background check (DBS)
