Marketing Support Executive (Hull Based)

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic In-House Sales Executive to join our team at our Hull Offices. As an In-House Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our leading edge Induction and staff management software to blue chip companies globally. This is a new position and not a replacement.,

• Promote and sell our Induction and staff management software to prospective clients.


• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing support and assistance to our Quality Control (QC) Department.


• Utilise excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients, both over the phone and through written communication.


• Demonstrate a high level of organisation and the ability to work independently, relying on your own gut instinct to identify and pursue sales opportunities.


• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with other creatives, as well as the Sales and Marketing Director.
  
  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential clients and assist existing customers.


• Excellent PC Skills with an openness to new technologies.


• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions based on intuition and instincts.


• Fearlessness in making phone calls and engaging in conversations with potential clients.


• Highly organised with excellent time management skills to meet targets and deadlines.


• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to various situations.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, alongside other creatives and the Sales and Marketing Director.


• Proficiency in written skills for preparing sales proposals, emails, and other written communication.

  £25,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, The annual wage for this position is £25,000, with the potential for a bonus based on performance.


Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
