• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures.


• Maintenance of exterior furniture and building.


• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs under supervision.


• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.


• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established procedures and protocols.


• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues or hazards.


• Support senior maintenance staff in conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity.


• Help in the installation and setup of new equipment as directed.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.
  
  Flexible to work a mix of evenings, weekends and weekdays


• Previous experience in a similar role


• Basic knowledge of H&S


• Basic use of power tools
