Our Site Director, Ivor at Maidstone Motorway Services on the M20 near Maidstone is looking for a hands-on Unit Manager to Lead his Costa team.

Our Teams and Managers are the face of Roadchef and we celebrate them as the most important part of our business. To help us to "De Stress" and "Delight" our customers, we are looking for Managers who are inspirational leaders who love to coach and develop their team members.

As a member of our Management team we would love you to have a passion for delivering amazing customer service and who leads the team from the front, while ensuring our customers only receive the best experience.
