Intervention Support HLTA - Off site Provision

Our Stage 4 Offsite Provision is looking to expand their team and are aiming to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated members of staff.

The successful candidates will support and develop pupils with complex behavioural needs and a range of social and emotional needs, enabling them to transition back into a mainstream curriculum or on to an appropriate pathway. You will work with targeted groups of identified pupils, delivering social and emotional intervention and you will assist those pupils in developing the skills to access their learning.

Full training will be provided with opportunities to participate in NVQ courses. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an interest in or willingness to explore learners with complex behavioural needs and additional learning needs, in addition to restorative and trauma informed practices.

Role is term time contract for 39 weeks pa, 37 hours per week

Grade 6 FTE £29,777-£33,945 to be pro rata'd for 39 week term time contract
