Full Job Description

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Inspector to undertake asset inspections accross our estates. Working throughout Neath Port Talbot Borough, on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with a starting salary of £33,215.00 with potential to increase to £36,812.00 after evidence of key competencies required within the role., Reporting to Senior Operations Supervisor, this role will manage and organise work effectively for a geographical area. By setting and achieving objectives the post holder will ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.

To be considered for the Inspector role you will be expected to be educated to Level 4 qualification/HNC in a relevant relevant subject or have a commitment to work towards appropriate qualification . Prior experience in a similar role or transferrable skills, and experience in a domestic setting is desired.,

  • A good level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases,

  • Resilient in challenging and conflicting situations, ability to provide objective advice and support.

  • Excellent communication skills that can be applied in different modes (e.g., reports; presentations) and audiences (e.g., Colleague and Customers) with the ability to effectively engage and converse with stakeholders on technical matters.

  • Good analytical skills that can be used to identify trends, trial solutions and measure their effectiveness.

  • Enjoys solving complex problems, in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver key results.
