Full Job Description

  • First point of contact for all day-to-day general queries across the employee lifecycle for the business.

  • Processing new starters, leavers and change forms, ensuring that HR and Payroll records are accurate.

  • Working with the wider HR team, management and Payroll in the management of data and HR systems.

  • Undertake any projects or duties as required by the Senior HR Admin and HR Manager.

  • Updating HR systems including Oracle and Workday, producing reports and analysing where necessary.

    Experience of working as an Administrator within a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, adapt and operate at all levels when working under pressure.

  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships, having the confidence to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

  • Strong system and MS Office skills.
