Housekeeping Room Attendant

Minimum 20 hrs & full time positions available. Must be available to work weekends.

To clean bedrooms as per company standard, including changing bed linen and make beds, replace used towels, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, replenish bath care products(e.g. soap and shampoo), clean public area like corridors, report any maintenance issues, ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.

To perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning skirtings, marks off walls, cleaning chandeliers, staff kitchen areas and offices, staff toilets, staff shower areas, public hallways and reception areas and all other areas within the buildings as per your Head Housekeeper / Supervisor requests.

To dust and polish furniture and ensure that all fixtures such as lights are cleaned properly.

To vacuum all areas, moving furniture where safe to do so.

To check for cobwebs and high dust regularly.

To empty and remove all waste material from the corridors at the end of your shift.

To mix and store chemicals properly and within the Health and Safety guidelines.

To ensure all corridors are kept free from hazards.

To change bed linen and towels, to make beds, vacuum floors, clean, dust, sanitize and polish furniture, clean bathrooms, remove rubbish, replace stock of guest supplies, identify and report maintenance issues.

To have own transport to work & from work.
