Group Finance Technician

Group Finance Technician, Finance Department (100% office based)
Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail.
Group Finance Technician role -

• Authorise supplier invoices.


• Create and approve supplier payment runs.


• Create and approve ad hoc payments.


• Approve expenses.


• Timesheet approval and upload to payroll package.


• Day to day management of Company bank accounts.


• Management of customer direct debits.


• Complete P11d's, and upload to HMRC


• Customer credit management


• Ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
  
  Previous experience of working in Finance is desirable (preferably 1+ years).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Numerical competency.


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.


• Good keyboard skills.

• £26,000 p.a. - £28,000 p.a.
