General Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, competent and hard-working general labourer to join our in-house team. You will be working in a fascinating Grade II

• listed building that is 2 years into a complete restoration. You will be joining a team of 7 in-house staff, supported by external contractors for specialist works.


The role includes a variety of internal and external works which vary to include:

- Stripping out rooms, removing non-heritage fabric

- Ensuring the site is kept clear, safe and tidy

- Removing ceilings, floors and other non-heritage fabric ready for renovation

- Moving removed materials to the main site refuse store

- Assisting the joinery and multiskill teams

- Unloading and storage of materials

- Helping out with all other tasks on-site as required

1. Ability to get to site (DL17 0LX) independently

2. Labouring and site experience

3. Trustworthy, dedicated and hard working individual prepared to make an impact from day 1,
• Can you get to and from site independently, even if you do not have a driving license?


Experience:

• General Labouring: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)


• Driving Licence (preferred)
  
  £80 - £100 a day - Permanent, Full-time, The role is full time Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 with a half hour lunch break.
