Full Job Description

The role: responsible for administrative tasks within the Cash and Banking and Accounts Payable teams. Operating in a rapidly growing environment the post holder will need to be able to welcome and actively participate in the management of change whilst demonstrating flexibility, tenacity and patience.,

  • Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts

  • Liaise with care homes and customers for supporting documentation for payments.

  • Daily Bank reconciliation and validation reports

  • Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger

  • Maintaining the remittance log

  • Liaise with the Bank as required.

  • Monitoring various Accounts Payable and Cashiering mailboxes

  • Responsible for continual process and procedure reviews


  • Support with checking of petty cash replenishments.


  • Resolving supplier/customer/ care home phone and email queries as required

  • Support with loading and processing of supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses onto the company's financial system.

  • Assistance with checking and validating weekly Accounts Payable payment run files.

    Experience in an administrative role ideally within a finance team.

  • Excellent data management skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
