Full Job Description

Work closely with the PCN Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the operation and to provide leadership and guidance to the administrative and support staff. Lead the team when the PCN Operations Manager is absent. To deliver day to day employee management activities as required or delegated by the PCN Operations Manager. To deliver an outstanding patient experience To support the PCN Operations Manager in delivering the profitability of the delegated PCN services, driving great results and performance to an outstanding standard.

Support the PCN Operations Manager to create the conditions for all Employees to thrive, make their best contribution and achieve their potential. Manage clinicians within multi-disciplinary and matrix teams to achieve and deliver clinical outcomes, in line with business needs, WFHP Policies and healthcare guidance. Directly manage the PCN Services team in the absence of the PCN Operations Manager, including all non-clinical employees, PCN workflow and organisation, ensuring a safe, efficient and effective operation.

Management and Leadership - Support the PCN Operations Manager in managing the Employee Lifecycle as required or delegated by the PCN Operations Manager. Including, where appropriate, employee appraisals or sickness absence meetings. Ability to have courageous conversations and address shortfalls as well as celebrate successes. Commercial Profitability - Assist the PCN Operations Manager in delivering commercial profitability, monitor and manage direct costs and understand service profitability and business next steps.

Work with the PCN Operations Manager to identify cost savings and revenue growth. Patient Services - Collaborate with the PCN Operations Manager to deliver effective, efficient patient care. Handle patient complaints effectively, seeking resolution and maintaining patient satisfaction.
