Customer Care Expert

As a Claims Advisor you will be responsible for taking warm leads and guiding our customers through the claims process. This role involves understanding their needs, collecting evidence, and qualifying leads to ensure successful claims outcomes. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary with the potential for substantial commission earnings.,

• Receive and manage warm leads & pre-qualfied leads from potential claimants.


• Build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to their needs.


• Gather essential information and evidence to support their claims.


• Educate customers on the claims process, ensuring they understand their rights and options.


• Work closely with the claims processing team to facilitate a seamless transition from lead to claim.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each claim using a fully intergrated CRM
  
  Previous experience in claims advisory or a related field is a plus but not required.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Empathetic and patient approach in dealing with customers


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
