CREW MEMBER

The ideal candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated to keep pace in this extremely busy environment.

This role involves working early mid week mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

Front of house hospitality experience is an advantage.

(This role involves setting up and breaking down our outside terrace with manual handling of heavy items)

Duties to include

• Preparation hot and cold beverages


• Preparation of crepes, waffles, & ice creams


• Meeting and greeting guests


• Taking food / beverage orders


• Running food / beverages


• Responsible for taking care of our guests


• Cash handling and using pdq machines


• Clearing and cleaning tables


• Upholding our high cleaning standards


• Working in an extremely busy environment


• Adhering to our health and safety policies


• Setting up and breaking down the counter, terrace and restaurant
