Credit Control and Banking Executive

· Banking activities relating to monies received from debtors and clients, including processing payments and arranging refunds where necessary

· Raising and issuing invoices, following up on overdue invoices and resolving unidentified payments

· Handling client complaints or queries and escalating as required

· Liaising with clients, Enforcement Agents and internal teams

· Completing day-to-day admin tasks including inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails and updating case notes

· Able to effectively manage and prioritise a daily workload

· Methodical, well-organised with a can-do attitude

· Leads by example and demonstrates the right behaviours to deliver an outstanding service
