Full Job Description

The Content & Campaigns Executive will support the Content & Campaigns Manager to support and develop the IDEAS + PEOPLE ecosystems on a wide range of thought leadership, business development and marketing activities to include: building content calendars, production of relevant and targeted collateral, social media posts and blogs, invites, newsletters, website content and updates; PR, sponsorship and partnerships, design, organising and coordinating events; managing and driving forward firmwide profile building initiatives.,

  • Working closely with the Content and Campaign Manager to understand, create and implement multi-channel campaigns across our ideas + people ecosystems: The Collective, Future of Work and firmwide initiatives (e.g. AI group).

  • Working with subject matter experts across the business and wider external network to create compelling ideas + people thought leadership content, ensuring alignment with ideas + people objectives.

  • Helping to develop and support the content marketing calendar with a mix of categories, themes and channels such as email, social media, podcasts and events.

  • Developing and manage project timelines, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the timely delivery of campaign and content elements.

  • Collaborating with LS teams to create and leverage campaigns and integrating marketing efforts with broader LS initiatives and objectives.

  • Writing, editing and producing marketing communications including updates, brochures, newsletters and web copy.

  • Managing events, and co-ordinating event organisation.

  • Planning and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorship and advertising opportunities.

  • Internal communication and knowledge sharing.

  • Co-ordinating with PR, internal and external stakeholders to maximise campaign reach and engagement.

  • Managing asset creation, digital and web content with the MarComms team.

  • Reporting and evaluating success metrics for the campaigns, optimising performance and informing on the decision-making process.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Creative mindset and willingness to test new ideas.

  • Able to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative and curiosity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.

  • Comfortable taking a brief for a project, working as part of a project team with supervision or working on own initiative.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management (ideally).

  • Proactive attitude, seeking out opportunities for development and learning.

  • Sense of humour, drive and tenacity.

    The department

    The Marketing & Business Development team is comprised of two teams - Business Development (Sectors and Practices) and Marketing Communications.

    The Marketing Communications team delivers a range of core firm wide services including digital marketing and brand management, design, marketing tech, events management, marketing data/reporting, internal and external communications. It is also responsible for driving the firm's thought leadership through effective content and campaign Management.
