Chef de Partie

The Leeds Bradford is the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms as well as a modern and stylish restaurant and a café & bar. The hotel also 7 conference rooms catering for anything from business meetings to wedding functions & events., Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Chef de Partie onto the team. Main duties include:

• Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.


• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.


• Offer great customer service and answer guests needs appropriately.


• Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy.
  
  The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in work. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
