Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery

- Supervise and train team members in food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

- Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary trends

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience

- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures

- Previous experience in bartending or beverage management is preferred

- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus

- Ability to supervise and motivate staff to achieve high performance
