Full Job Description

We are looking for two highly motivated people who would like to join our exciting team at Imperial College Healthcare Private Care as Band 5 Arabic Advocates.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their skills further, and gain invaluable experience whilst working within a large MDT to support the delivery of excellent patient care including for international patients.
The post holder will report to the International Business Development Manager, and will lead on providing Arabic interpreting and advocacy support to patients and their families as well as the Clinical team to work together to deliver patient centred care.
The postholder will work closely with the various embassies and third parties who may sponsor the patient's treatment, coordinating all administrative and financial requirements relating to these patients.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. This is an exciting and varied role that will provide a great learning experience for someone who wishes to further develop their customer service skills in a diverse environment.
The Trust provides various excellent training programmes to support career progression as well as mentorship opportunities from different staff groups to support your learning and development needs, The postholder will work closely with the various embassies and third parties who may sponsor the patient's treatment, coordinating all administrative and financial requirements relating to these patients., We are conducting interviews virtually and face to face. If the interview is virtual we require candidates to have the camera on during the interview.
Please note it is an operational requirement to comply with infection prevention and control procedures within NWLP such as lateral flow testing, handwashing and the wearing of masks, according to the procedures in place at any time or location.
