Full Job Description
- Preparing and giving feeds
- Watering
- Mucking out / cleaning enclosures
- Assisting with health checks and administering medication
- Providing enrichment
Empathy for the animals in our care - Share the sanctuary's ethos / must not partake in animal exploitation
- Used to working to timescales
- Good people and communication skills
- Previous experience working with animals is preferred, Animal care: 1 year (preferred)
Days: 5 days a week on a rota (will include weekends) - Company pension

Hopefield Animal Sanctuary is home to over 600 rescued, neglected, and unwanted animals, and we provide them with a loving home for life. Our ethos is that our animals can live out the rest of their lives at the sanctuary, safe and free from harm. We don't believe in disciplining our animals, but instead, altering our ways to suit each of their special needs.
