Agency Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will assist individuals with various needs, providing care and support in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement care plans for individuals - Provide support and assistance to individuals in daily activities - Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues - Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting - Engage in childcare activities as needed - Drive individuals to appointments or outings Qualifications: - Experience working with children or individuals in need of support - Strong communication skills to interact with diverse individuals - Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs - Proficiency in IT systems for documentation purposes - Valid driver's license for transportation purposes Join our team as a Support Worker and make a difference in the lives of those in need.

Experience:

• Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)


• Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
